MIDDLE CREEK CAMPGROUND AND CABBAGE PATCH TRAIL 68
EMERGENCY FIRE CLOSURE ORDER

MENDOCINO NATIONAL FOREST

Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50(a), because of fire emergency, the Middle Creek Campground, Upper Lake Ranger District (Exhibit A), is closed to public use to protect public health and safety, and Cabbage Patch Trail 68, Upper Lake Ranger District (Exhibit B), is closed to public travel to protect public health and safety.  The following acts are prohibited:

1. Going into or being upon the Middle Creek Campground, located in Section 10 of Township 16N Range 10W. MDBM.  36 CFR 261.53(e).  Exhibit A.

2. Being on Cabbage Patch Trail 68 from intersection with Road M-6 south through Sections 28 and 33, T. 19N. R9W. and Section 4, T.18N. R9W.   Exhibit B.

Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50(e), the following persons are exempt from this order:

1. Persons with a permit specifically authorizing the otherwise prohibited act or omission.

2. Any Federal, State or local officer, or member of an organized rescue of fire fighting force in the performance of an official duty.

3. Owners or lessees of land in the area in order to access their lands.

These prohibitions are in addition to the general prohibitions in 36 CFR Part 261, Subpart A.
